Hot Dog Heaven in LA – A Quick & Delicious Stop! During our time in LA, we stumbled on a spot that hit the mark on all fronts—delicious food, speedy service, and a menu packed with tasty options. The customer service was excellent, and our meals arrived surprisingly fast, which is always a win when you’re hungry! I ordered the LA Street Dog with crispy onion rings and an ice-cold glass bottle of Coke—classic and satisfying. My daughter went for the Brando Dog paired with chili cheese fries, while my dad chose the Jalapeño Dog and a side of onion rings. Every bite was packed with flavor, and the portions were perfect. There was also plenty of outdoor seating, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Whether you’re a local or just visiting, this is definitely a spot worth adding to your foodie list. We’ll absolutely be back!

The food was fantastic and the atmosphere was relaxing and easy going. I had the Shaq Dog which was a chili cheese hot dog with 4 onion rings which I thought was a great deal if you want a good chili cheese dog with a sample size of onion rings. We went around 2pm or so on a Saturday and it took us 30 minutes in line to get to the front to order so get ready to wait if you see a line. After you order, there are plenty of tables and seats with parasols for you to sit at and enjoy your delicious meal. We enjoyed looking at all the wall of celebrities that has come through and enjoyed Pinks. I would definitely come again if I were in the neighborhood and I saw that the line was short.

Pink’s Hot Dogs is definitel one of those famous LA spots, so we decided to drive over just to try it. Honestly though, I didn’t really get the hype. Maybe it’s because we took it to-go and by the time we ate, it was cold — but the sauerkraut and hot dog combo just didn’t work for me. I feel like it’s probably much better if you eat it fresh on the spot, so I’d recommend dining in. On the plus side, the design and vibe of the place are super cute, and parking is easy. If you’re nearby, it’s worth checking out for the experience, but I wouldn’t go out of my way just for it.

Pink’s Hot Dogs lives up to the hype. The hot dogs are flavorful, creative, and cooked just right. I tried the chili dog and the bacon burrito dog—both were packed with toppings and tasted great. The line was long, but it moved steadily, and the staff handled everything efficiently. Prices are fair considering the portion size and the location. It’s a classic LA experience with a fun, casual vibe. Whether you’re a local or visiting, Pink’s is worth the stop. I’ll definitely be coming back. Also don’t go for the classic, go big.

Ordered 2 hot dogs on a Friday at 1:30pm and there was barely a line! I've been wanting to visit this iconic spot forever. I got the Shaq Dog and the LA Street Dog. Shaq Dog has chili, nacho, cheese, onion, and 4 (count em) onion rings. LA Street Dog has bacon, jalapenos, bell peppers, ketchup, mayo, onions. No lie, the hot dogs are pretty expensive for a hot dog, but they are 9 inch stretch dogs and loaded with toppings. It was $22 for two dogs. I'd say they're about the same length as a Costco dog? After 2 hot dogs I felt satisfied, but a little gross. America. No frills, lean service. Ordering is easy from the counter. The women behind the counter are hard working. Also very cool to see all the celebrity pictures and autographs. Outdoor seating was plentiful, quiet, and clean. Free water cups to drink too. Clean bathrooms available in the back.

Iconic place for over 80yrs. Always packed with long line after 11pm on the weekends. The hot dog is 9inches long and with topping that you shouldn’t have but make your mouth drooling and wants more. The place is small with pics of celebrities hanging on the walls. They might have their name to the dog hot the month or a period of time. They also have a small parking -10-15 cars max, there’re also street parking too. The staff are nice and helpful, service is nicely moving quick. The dogs are good, nothing special but at 11pm to early morning, especially after drinking and clubbing - just simply delish. The chili is nicely cooked and goes perfectly well with fries or hot dog. Either way, iconic place to stop by after a night on the town or quick bite before the night.

They offer a creative and diverse selection of hot dogs. While there was no wait for seating in the dining area, the line to order took about 10–15 minutes on a weekday, so I’d expect it to be longer on weekends. The chili cheese dog seemed to be the most popular choice, and they also feature fun specialty dogs named after celebrities. I’d also recommend trying their onion rings.

I’m not even a hot dog person, but I am a foodie and I naturally got curious, as I was in the area. The line outside also drew me in, as this is usually a good sign. I was super impressed with the Polish Pastrami Dog and the LA Street Dog, seriously the best hot dogs I’ve ever had! Plus, love all the branding, super cohesive - even the hand wash in their restroom is hot pink!
